Established in 1994 as an independent brokerage, BRK Financial Group has been one of the most well known financial institutions on the Romanian market.
With a nationwide presence, the group was among the founding members of the Bucharest Stock Exchange and SIBEX derivative exchange (now part of the BSE Group).
In 2005 we became a publically traded company, becoming the first, and thus far, only financial investment company listed on Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE).
The Group has grown to include its subsidiary Asset Management Company, SAI Broker.
With a 0.16 RON nominal value, the group’s shares [ticker symbol BSE: BRK] are listed on the Main segment - Premium category of the BSE.
